Cooperative Organizing
Forming and registering new cooperatives and strengthening existing ones.
The office supports the establishment of new cooperatives — helping draft bylaws, complete legal registration, and move existing cooperatives toward stronger structures.
The organizing service guides a cooperative from the first idea to full legal status. The office identifies members' needs, assigns experts to help draft bylaws, and makes sure the founding assembly is held properly.
After registration the office keeps supporting the cooperative with advice and follow-up on mergers or tier upgrades, giving farmers, youth and women a stable base for collective market and financial benefit.
