Training & Capacity Building
Training leaders and members in governance, financial management and business skills.
Training covers cooperative business practice, financial management, savings, and linkage with financial institutions for cooperative leaders and members.
Training equips cooperative leaders and members to run their organizations with knowledge and confidence, covering leadership, bookkeeping, business planning and members' rights and duties.
The office studies each cooperative's needs before training, then evaluates the results and issues certificates so that what is learned is applied at work.
